Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Credit team, you will help shape credit risk management strategies to support growth and maintain risk appetite. You will lead projects, dive deep into data, design automated decision processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects on credit offers and risk strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify and manage high-risk customers.
  • Build automated, end-to-end decision processes using Python.
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Risk Operations teams.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Python (2+ years) and advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and proactive approach.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with statistical models and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with process automation and financial market knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the credit domain.
