Essential Functions

Human Connection: Welcome guests, build personal connections, and guide them on app ordering and rewards.

Premium Broad Product: Understand the menu deeply to excite guests about food and beverage options, ensuring top quality coffee and beverages.

Spend through Service: Upsell food and beverages, refill drinks timely, and work with the back of house for accurate orders.

Beautiful Spaces: Maintain a clean, organized environment by following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning practices, performing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring equipment is functioning.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 2+ years full-service restaurant experience
• Passion for excellent service and team collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
• Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
• DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certification a plus

Working Environment

This role operates in a kitchen setting with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and equipment such as ovens, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee machines. It requires physical activities including sitting, standing, lifting, bending, and manual dexterity.
