Role Summary
The Data Analyst supports the implementation of Bluesight SaaS products for hospital customers. This role focuses on collecting, synthesizing, and interpreting data from various systems, ensuring data integrity, and developing analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Validate, reconcile, and analyze data from disparate systems using Excel.
- Communicate findings and troubleshoot technical issues with customers.
- Collaborate with project leads and customers to track progress.
- Perform data extraction using SQL and support SFTP automation.
- Collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams to improve data pipelines.
- Conduct reconciliation and quality assurance of client data.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in data analysis, healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and moderate SQL skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience on an Operations team in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with SaaS product implementations.
- Knowledge of hospital data systems.
- Experience in Python, Ruby, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience working with sensitive data (PHI).
