Role Overview: Business Analyst 1

In this consulting-style role, you will be part of a global team focused on driving enterprise security usage and supporting growth initiatives. Your responsibilities include data investigation, issue triaging, stakeholder communication, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, and resolve metric-related issues.
• Manage escalations, SLAs, and ensure clear communication.
• Host office hours and engage with stakeholders.
• Maintain educational materials including metric decks and FAQs.
• Create visibility into telemetry issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders for proactive communication and process improvements.
• Query telemetry data to understand usage and licensing positions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with product, commerce, and finance teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with data analysis in Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP).
• 2+ years of experience building Power BI reports and visualizations.
• Experience managing escalations and monitoring SLAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global field teams and complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with querying product telemetry data and usage metrics.
• Knowledge of enterprise security solutions or related technologies.

Salary Range

The pay range for this position in Washington state is $21 - $25 USD hourly, based on your qualifications and experience.

Location

This is a remote position, preferably in the Greater Seattle, WA area.
