Job Overview
The Technical Training Specialist role in our London office involves collaborating with Product Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other client facing teams to onboard and train B2B enterprise clients on BlueOptima’s suite of products.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Develop, customize, and execute detailed training plans.
- Manage pre-training and post-training actions.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for various user levels.
- Coach internal product advocates for broader product adoption.
- Design and maintain training content including guides, modules, and videos.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with PMM and CSM teams to align training with product updates.
- Monitor user engagement and adapt training approaches.
- Provide feedback on user challenges to the product teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 3-4 years of experience in technical training for B2B clients.
- Adaptability to diverse training environments and cultural contexts.
- STEM degree with a good understanding of the SDLC.
- Experience in SaaS training and familiarity with digital training platforms.
- Project management capabilities and multitasking skills.
