Role Overview
The Digital Events & Community Manager at Bluehost will design, execute, and scale our digital event strategy. This role owns the end-to-end process of our webinar program and expands our digital engagement portfolio through flagship virtual events, customer roundtables, partner co-marketing, and online community building.
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make Your Mark
- Webinar Program Ownership: Plan, promote, execute, and report on recurring webinars.
- Flagship & Strategic Events: Organize one large-scale annual digital event and smaller roundtables.
- Partner & Co-Marketing: Coordinate with partners for co-branded content and expanded reach.
- Community Engagement: Develop and manage an online community for ongoing engagement.
- Content Repurposing: Convert events into on-demand assets and highlight reels.
- Pipeline Impact & Reporting: Track event performance, ROI and align with sales and marketing teams.
- Event Operations: Manage platforms, budget, vendors, and speaker/influencer relationships.
- Innovation & Benchmarking: Experiment with interactive experiences and monitor competitor strategies.
Who You Are & What You’ll Need
- 4–6 years experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management.
- Proven success with webinars and large-scale virtual events.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Experience in community-building and content repurposing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and event platforms.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with tactical execution capability.

Compensation
The target compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Final salary is based on qualifications and market conditions.
