Overview
The Marketing Liaison Account Management role at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee involves conducting employee and enrollment meetings, coordinating with key operational areas, and supporting account executives in achieving premium and contract goals. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct employee/enrollment meetings as requested by clients.
- Coordinate with operational areas to ensure a consistent sales and retention process.
- Assist account executives with follow-ups on outstanding proposals.
- Serve as a secondary resource and liaison for brokers and agents.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years in a corporate environment).
Experience: At least 2 years in broker relations, sales, or account management.
Skills & Certifications: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, detail oriented, strategic thinker, effective communicator, outstanding negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills. Must obtain Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License at hire or within 6 months.
Additional Information
Candidates required to drive may be enrolled in the BCBST Driver Safety Program and must adhere to its guidelines.
