About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for digital experiences and user-centric innovation? Join our Member Portal team as an Associate Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will help support backlog refinement, QA testing, and planning for key interactions with our members online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Support the development of digital strategies, features, and content.
  • Oversee a backlog aligned with Engineering capacity and digital roadmap.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and coordination meetings with technology teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product and outreach optimizations.
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in digital product management or related IT/digital fields. A bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint is essential. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are key requirements.
