About the Role
The Senior System Analyst at Bluebird will lead FLOWX-based digital solution design and development in a banking team. This role involves analyzing complex business processes and developing stable, scalable, and reusable solutions on a modern low-code platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design FLOWX-based system solutions.
- Model and document complex end-to-end processes.
- Define both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and architecture teams.
- Plan FLOWX integration with existing banking systems.
- Mentor junior system analysts and develop best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in system analysis or similar roles.
- Practical experience in designing complex, integrated IT systems.
- Experience with BPM, process modeling, and requirement specifications.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms; FLOWX is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
