International Growth Insights Manager

We are seeking an International Growth Insights Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and curious professional who can combine AI-driven research, primary customer discovery, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions for entering and growing in new markets. As part of a small, high-impact team, you will play a critical role in evaluating market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and analyzing business performance to help shape go-to-market strategies. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to ensure our expansion strategy is backed by deep insights and actionable recommendations.
About The Role
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research leveraging both AI tools and traditional methods to assess market size, competitive landscape, and customer trends.
- Lead primary research through interviews, surveys, and field studies with customers, prospects, and partners.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue and pipeline data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation, third-party research, etc.) to create clear, actionable insights.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on international performance and expansion strategies.
Strategic Planning & Recommendations
- Use research and analysis to map the size of markets, compare competitors, and build business cases and recommendations for market entry and investments.
- Lead scenario planning and forecasting for new market opportunities.
About You
- 5+ years in market research, business analysis, strategy, or related fields.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- BA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Market research expertise, including experience with both primary research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) and secondary research (industry reports, databases, AI-driven analysis).
- Exposure to international markets, ideally in EMEA.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and insight generation, with strong prompting skills to extract meaningful results.
- Experience analyzing revenue, pipeline, and marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills, able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, present insights to diverse stakeholders.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off.
Base Pay Range: $91,600 - $114,500 + Annual bonus
