We are looking for a DTC Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to join our entrepreneurial and dynamic team. This role is crucial for accelerating Blueair’s direct-to-consumer growth by developing and executing a holistic, full-funnel media strategy.Position Description
The DTC Performance & Growth Marketing Manager will drive business impact through various performance marketing channels, including search, display, paid social, podcasts, CTV, affiliate, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop. Success requires a blend of hands-on platform expertise and strategic thinking to build integrated media strategies that cover awareness, consideration, acquisition, and retention. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Brand, agency partners, and Finance to ensure paid media efforts align with business objectives, product launches, and brand storytelling. This role reports to the Head of DTC, with a dotted line to the CMO.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring applicants to live within commuting distance of Blueair’s NYC office (Mid Town West). Employees are expected to be in-office Tuesday-Thursday. Applicants must currently reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. You'll be part of a global team, collaborating across time zones, requiring some flexibility in working hours.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies across paid search, social, display, CTV, podcasts, affiliate, and emerging platforms to drive brand awareness and DTC revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms, optimizing performance with agency partners.
- Lead the exploration and scaling of social commerce opportunities, including TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, and shoppable media formats.
- Strategically allocate marketing investment across channels to drive revenue growth while maintaining CAC efficiency and maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
- Lead creative strategy across performance channels, developing high-impact assets that build brand awareness and drive conversion, informing future campaigns.
- Leverage data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing investments, tracking against DTC growth targets and OKRs.
- Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap across channels, creative, audiences, and landing experiences to continuously improve key performance metrics.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and media opportunities that enhance paid performance, attribution, measurement, and customer acquisition.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure paid programs support product launches, integrated campaigns, and broader brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership to align marketing investments with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands, with proven ownership of business outcomes.
- Proven success scaling multi-channel paid media programs (Meta, Google, TikTok) with strong results across CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Experience building and executing full-funnel strategies balancing efficient acquisition with long-term brand growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize seven-figure+ media budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance data, attribution, and measurement; ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience designing and leading structured testing programs across creative, audiences, and on-site experiences.
- Deep understanding of the DTC customer journey, including conversion, retention, and lifecycle dynamics.
- Ability to effectively partner with agency teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator, comfortable sharing insights and influencing senior-level decisions.
- Proactive, test-and-learn mindset with curiosity for new growth opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: The base salary range is $105,000 to $135,000 per year. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
