As we shape the future of global cybersecurity, our Cyber Trust team is seeking a high-judgement, high-performing Technical Program Manager, Cyber Trust to support and scale our Security Communications program. This role is ideal for someone with strong messaging skills, a passion for security, and a knack for program management.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic communication initiatives that support customer trust and security transparency.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making.
- Advise on communications strategy, manage unpredictable issues, and address blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health.
Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
- Must have experience writing technical and non-technical content within a high-tech or cybersecurity environment, with the ability to articulate clear viewpoints on complex issues.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g., incident response, security operations, public relations).
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and exercise high judgment under pressure.
- Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
