- Coordinate monthly retail initiatives (e.g., product drops and campaigns), ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across all stores in collaboration with stakeholders and considering company values.
- Support the planning, organization, and delivery of online and offline training programs, including workshops, and contribute to the creation and development of training materials and e-learning content.
- Actively participate in the conception and implementation of diverse People Development projects at HQ and store level, covering leadership development, onboarding, talent management, and annual appraisals.
- Co-design, plan, and implement apprenticeship initiatives, including onboarding, project work, ongoing mentoring of apprentices, and integration of external learning opportunities.
Our Requirements
- Work experience in Retail with initial exposure to Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
- A completed degree in Human Resources, People Development, or Psychology is an advantage.
- Interest in topics such as diversity, inclusion, and equality.
- Very good communication and facilitation skills in English.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and strong service orientation.
