Performance Media & CRM Manager at Puig
Blue Search, on behalf of the Puig group, is recruiting a Performance Media & CRM Manager for its new Digital Niche France HUB. This role will report to the Senior E-commerce Manager.

In a context of e-commerce development and reinforced customer relationships, you will drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty strategies through high-impact performance media and CRM initiatives. You will play a key role in optimizing ROI, strengthening brand visibility, and delivering a premium customer experience.
Your Missions:
Performance Media & Digital Acquisition Management
- Define and deploy the global traffic acquisition strategy to strengthen brand visibility in key markets.
- Drive traffic optimization to e-commerce platforms to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and challenge paid and owned media levers in collaboration with partner agencies: SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Affiliation, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting.
- Ensure alignment between media activations, luxury brand image, and performance objectives.
- Leverage data-driven approaches (advanced segmentation, lookalike audiences, precise targeting) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
CRM Strategy & Loyalty Management
- Design and execute the CRM campaign calendar, including automated campaigns and ad-hoc activations, across online and offline channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and consolidate CRM campaign performance, recommending new activations and optimizations.
- Ensure flawless campaign execution, manage CRM and marketing automation tools, and handle relationships with service providers.
- Continuously monitor new functionalities and CRM best practices.
Operational & Business Management
- Brief Brand, Content, and Creative teams on asset requirements for campaigns.
- Define KPIs per channel and ensure continuous performance optimization.
- Build and share detailed reports on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to anticipate trends and opportunities.
Desired Profile:
- You hold a higher education degree in marketing, digital, business, or equivalent.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in performance media and CRM, acquired in a demanding e-commerce brand environment.
- You possess solid expertise in digital acquisition levers as well as CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Recognized for your excellent analytical skills, you adopt a resolutely data-driven approach in your decision-making.
- You know how to reconcile performance objectives with respect for premium brand image.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable in agile, fast-paced, and demanding environments, you appreciate challenges.
- Collaborative, passionate, and operational, you have a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
