Media and Acquisition Manager

Our client, a real estate agency network with a strong reputation and a leading position in France with over 1000 agencies, relies on its numerous collaborators to achieve its clients' life projects, combining interpersonal skills and expertise. This cooperative, present for over 50 years in the French market, aims to strengthen its online notoriety and traffic.

In a context of high dependence on paid acquisition levers, the group wishes to strengthen its media expertise to durably optimize its performance and ROI. We are supporting them in recruiting a Media and Acquisition Manager, who will be directly integrated into the Marketing team. You will work on a strategic scope combining digital performance and 360° media, in close collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Acquisition Management (SEA & Google Ads): Manage and optimize a substantial acquisition budget with a focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max). Arbitrage investments to optimize cost per lead and, more importantly, cost per mandate. Continuously improve performance (account structure, bidding, targeting, creatives). Collaborate with the Data team to ensure tracking reliability (GTM, GA4) and performance analysis.
  • 360° Media Strategy Deployment (TV, VOL, Offline): Lead awareness campaigns (TV, replay, YouTube Ads) to support digital performance. Develop and execute the global media plan (OOH, radio, partnerships). Coordinate with media agencies and ad networks to optimize broadcasting. Contribute to exploring new formats (VOL, emerging platforms, media innovations).
  • Network Support & Consulting Expertise: Act as a media referent for Economic Interest Groups (GIEs). Provide strategic advice on local budget allocation. Deploy local campaigns operationally, consistent with national strategy. Contribute to harmonizing media practices within the network.

Profile Sought:

Graduated from higher education (business school or equivalent), you have 4 to 6 years of experience in media acquisition, ideally in high-volume environments (client or agency). You have proven expertise in Google Ads and a good understanding of 360° media challenges (TV, VOL, offline).

Performance-oriented, you are recognized for your ability to manage significant budgets with a constant focus on ROI. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with both agencies and business stakeholders within the network.
