Overview
At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. The Program Scheduler III role supports the In-Space Systems business unit focused on space infrastructure and on-orbit mobility. Reporting to the PMO Leader, you will develop robust program plans that support safe human spaceflight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Program Schedules with the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Support resource loading and analyze resource requirements with technical leadership.
- Manage change initiatives and schedule updates through reviews.
- Partner with Cost Analysts for coordinated cost and schedule plans.
- Collaborate on methods to improve scheduling analysis and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in program scheduling/planning and controls.
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6), MS Project, Open Plan or similar.
- Strong computer skills with MS Excel and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience establishing new program schedules in aerospace.
- Expert user of Primavera P6 and familiarity with EVM-required contracts.
- Experience with tools like Redash, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Deltek Acumen.
- Background in supporting programs through government audits and proposal work.
- Additional qualifications such as an MBA or PMP certification.
Compensation & Benefits
WA applicants have a compensation range from $108,795.00 to $152,311.95. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and more.
