Overview

As a Financial Analyst II - Corporate FP&A, you will support Blue Origin corporate functions by providing centralized financial support across business units, functions, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders for strategic decision-making and business improvements
  • Develop and track financial and operational metrics to enhance performance
  • Assist in annual and multi-year financial planning
  • Analyze and report financial outcomes
  • Implement cost accounting frameworks and optimize finance tools
  • Manage financial risk and opportunity at the program level

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in ERP tools, financial databases, and accounting software with strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, excellent analytical and strategic thinking, and high integrity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Python or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau Prep)
  • Experience with Tableau or Microsoft BI
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors

Compensation & Benefits

WA applicants: $82,570.00-$115,597.65. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k) matching, education support, generous paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
