About the Role

The Executive Assistant Sr. supports the Emerging Systems Business Unit by managing executive schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling stakeholder relations, and supporting project management activities. Initially approved for remote work until the local workspace is operational, the role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge space initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones.
  • Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries for leadership.
  • Process expense reports accurately using Concur or similar systems.
  • Build and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Greet visitors, manage registration, and oversee security protocols.
  • Assist in planning offsite events and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and office setups for new hires.
  • Maintain office supplies and functionality of office centers.
  • Support various projects including office setup and internal communications.
  • Proactively identify problems and make sound decisions under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Emotional maturity, positive demeanor, and low-stress performance.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawful U.S. status required.
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree, aerospace environment, or technical/manufacturing background.
