Job Description
Cloud FinOps Consultant - 100% Remote
Blue Mantis is seeking experienced Fin Ops Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. As a cloud customer success manager, you will provide FinOps services to a dedicated customer base, acting as a subject matter expert on cloud billing and licensing models. You will resolve complex customer issues, apply best practices for onboarding, provisioning, tools, reporting, and escalations to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews focused on cloud utilization and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures for cloud resource management.
- Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Own the post-sales customer relationship.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Possess or be willing to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification.
- BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field; graduate degree appreciated.
- Experience optimizing workflows and implementing process improvement.
- Technical and business problem-solving skills and judgment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, presentation skills, and ability to interact with clients at all technical levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Experience working with clients on business solutions.
- One year of prior experience with public cloud billing and licensing models, or willingness to learn.
- One year of prior experience in the AWS Management Console and Azure Portal, or similar Cloud Portals, or willingness to learn.
