About the Role
The Data Analyst, Product role is an entry-level position ideal for candidates eager to develop data analysis skills and support strategic decision making. The candidate will work across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing departments to understand user behavior and generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for internal teams and external clients.
- Support cross-functional teams with clear, actionable insights from data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends and patterns in product and customer data.
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and documentation.
- Automate workflows and improve data collection methods.
- Conduct root cause analysis and test new approaches for business improvement.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a data focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Math, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong skills in data visualization and communication.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of SQL; Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau is advantageous.
