The Impact You Will Have
This role supports the Care Management department by taking on non-clinical case management tasks. You will enable Health Coaches to focus on clinical aspects while providing essential support in case assignments, data analysis, and project management.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive, research, and prioritize referrals from mailbox and work queue.
- Manage department home pages and reassign work based on case type and workload.
- Track daily queue volume, analyze trends, and report outcomes.
- Assist with data reporting and perform root cause analysis under management direction.
- Conduct project management for key initiatives and support pilot projects.
- Maintain high customer service standards and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Apply policies and exercise independent judgment on case-related activities.
Required Skills And Experience
Minimum of 2 years related experience or Bachelor’s degree. Exceptional customer service, data entry, time management, and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle escalated situations are required.
Preferred Skills And Experience
Experience in claims, call center environments, and familiarity with BCBSMN products and systems is preferred.
Compensation And Benefits
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.25 - $31.50 Hourly. Compensation is based on various factors including skills and knowledge. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO, VPTO, and more. For more details, please review our benefits page.
