Blue Cardinal Home Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician in Longview, TX. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on systems.
• Install HVAC components per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and recommendations.
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• NATE certification
• EPA certification
• Experience with smart HVAC systems and digital controls
• Familiarity with mobile field service management tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical school certification preferred
• EPA Universal required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
