About the Role: Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources operations remotely. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, documentation, and employee engagement processes. This role is suitable for candidates interested in gaining practical HR experience within a dynamic real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee and intern records
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
  • Post and manage job listings on hiring platforms
  • Support attendance and engagement tracking
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
  • Respond to routine HR queries and assist in daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage

Eligibility

  • Available for a remote internship within India
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or Management are encouraged to apply
