About the Role: Human Resources Intern
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources operations remotely. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, documentation, and employee engagement processes. This role is suitable for candidates interested in gaining practical HR experience within a dynamic real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee and intern records
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
- Post and manage job listings on hiring platforms
- Support attendance and engagement tracking
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
- Respond to routine HR queries and assist in daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
Eligibility
- Available for a remote internship within India
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or Management are encouraged to apply
