Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as an experienced IBM Security Verify Directory ISVD Administrator. This role is remote in India and on a long-term contract basis. You will implement, configure, and maintain a secure and scalable directory services infrastructure on Linux servers.

What You’ll Do

• Install and configure IBM Security Verify Directory on Linux servers (RHEL, SUSE).
• Set up and manage master-replica and peer-to-peer replication topologies.
• Perform secure data migrations using LDAP tools.
• Monitor synchronization and replication health across ISVD nodes.
• Apply system patches, perform upgrades, and maintain directory uptime.
• Troubleshoot authentication, performance, and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Application teams.
• Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–9 years of Linux system administration with IAM focus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ISVD/Tivoli Directory Server.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, directory schemas and access control models.
• Experience with managing replication topologies and secure node communications.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash) for automation.
• Deep knowledge of SSL/TLS, PKI and security protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other IBM Security tools (ISIM, IBM Security Verify SaaS).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and hybrid/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• IBM certifications related to ISVD or Security solutions.
