About the Role
The Strategic Technical Account Manager is a client-facing role providing technical expertise, hands-on optimization, and deep product guidance for Bloomreach’s top accounts. This role spans the entire Bloomreach product suite and works closely with Customer Success and Account Managers.
What you'll Do
- Product Expertise and Technical Leadership: Maintain platform knowledge, identify issues, and provide actionable solutions.
- Hands-On Optimization and Testing: Support A/B testing, analyze performance data, and implement technical optimizations.
- Proactive Trusted Advisor: Anticipate customer needs, serve as an advisor, and build long-term relationships.
What you'll need
- 5+ years in technical consulting or customer engineering.
- Deep expertise in ecommerce search, ranking models, and personalization.
- Experience with enterprise search or personalization platforms.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
