We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead complex, cross-functional initiatives vital to our product and business strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to convert strategic goals into actionable programs, ensuring predictable delivery, clear outcomes, and high quality.

You will be instrumental in fostering alignment across diverse teams, implementing effective execution frameworks, and maintaining transparency through thorough status reporting, robust risk management, and meticulous dependency coordination among company-wide stakeholders. Beyond delivery, you will actively contribute to enhancing our planning, governance, and execution processes at scale, elevating operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution: Lead significant, multi-team programs from inception to delivery, clearly defining scope, ownership, and measurable results. Translate strategic objectives into comprehensive program plans, including milestones, timelines, and delivery cadences. Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, facilitating trade-offs and resolving conflicts. Partner closely with Engineering Owners to enable technical delivery while ensuring they have the necessary context, support, and resources.
• Governance & Delivery Cadence Ownership: Establish and manage program governance and coordination rituals (e.g., reviews, syncs, decision-making forums) to sustain alignment and execution momentum. Ensure clear visibility into execution progress, proactively identify risks or delivery gaps, and drive timely escalation and resolution. Own structured risk, issue, and dependency management, including maintaining logs/trackers, clear ownership, and follow-through. Provide consistent, accurate, and leadership-relevant program reporting and communication. Support efficient resource coordination across participating teams to prevent bottlenecks and safeguard delivery outcomes. Continuously evolve the execution framework across assigned product streams, improving cadence, transparency, and delivery predictability through structured feedback loops.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related roles within a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver cloud software, involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product development practices.
• Experience partnering with Engineering Owners/Leads and Product Managers to deliver customer-impacting outcomes.
• Proven expertise in risk, dependency, and issue management, including structured escalation and resolution.
• Experience preparing clear, executive-friendly program reporting and facilitating decision-making.
• Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalents).
• Experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, and/or high-growth engineering environments is a strong advantage. Software Development or Technical Product experience is a significant plus.
