The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth on our innovation programs unit, own a portfolio of enterprise clients, and develop new business opportunities in a fast-moving environment. This is a revenue-driven role combining: New business development, Program renewals, and Account expansion. You’ll work closely with the VP Sales on strategic accounts and high-potential deals.
What You’ll Do
- New Revenue Growth Build pipeline through outbound, referrals, and account intelligence. Own and drive new business opportunities from first contact to closing. Convert inbound opportunities into clients.
- Account Management & Expansion Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients running innovation programs. Act as the main commercial point of contact. Align with internal teams (project managers) to ensure alignment with client objectives. Lead renewals and secure contract extensions. Identify and drive upsell opportunities.
- Additional Impact Represent Bloomflow at industry events. Contribute to GTM improvements (offers, decks, messaging, website). Test and scale new prospecting approaches.
Profile
Required
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, new business development and account management.
- Strong skills in pipeline generation and strategic account management.
- Ability to manage accounts end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High rigor, curiosity, and learning agility.
- Fluent in French and English.
- A Master degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

- Experience in agency environments (media, communication, consulting).
