Bloomberg, located in New York, is known for its dynamic environment and commitment to quality and innovation. The Inclusion Enablement Partner plays a crucial role within the Inclusion Center of Excellence, integrating Inclusion standards into HR processes and beyond.

Role Overview

As an Inclusion Enablement Partner, you will turn Inclusion standards into practical tools. You will work with HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Mobility, and extend your expertise to Marketing and Philanthropy partners where Inclusion strategy intersects.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed Inclusion standards into HR processes and tools.
• Drive execution and ensure adoption across regions.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across functions.
• Translate strategy into practical materials like playbooks and toolkits.
• Build strong relationships with HR and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track delivery, adoption, and continuously improve enablement efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Inclusion, Program/Project Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong project and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• An outcome-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with employee resource groups or internal engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience creating internal presentations, toolkits, or templates.
• Exposure to adoption metrics and feedback analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range is between 105,000 and 145,000 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including bonus, merit increases, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more.
