About Bloomberg Research
Bloomberg Intelligence (BI) is a leading investment research platform with 500 professionals covering global asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and commodities, providing deep insights into market trends. BloombergNEF (BNEF) covers global commodity markets and disruptive low-carbon technologies.
About The Returnship And Reorientation Program
This program is designed to help professionals re-enter the workforce after a minimum two-year career break. Candidates with strong research, analysis, and market insights will join Bloomberg Research teams as contract workers for a 12-month period.
Responsibilities
- Identify, interpret, and analyze market data and trends.
- Produce high-quality, insightful research reports.
- Work independently while collaborating with global colleagues.
- Communicate findings through frequent written reports.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least four years of full-time experience in research, analysis, consulting, or trading environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to generate fresh research ideas are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or advanced qualification in a financial or technical field.
- Experience in equity or market research.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg services.
Salary & Benefits
The hourly salary ranges from USD 45 to 48. This role is a contract position with access to a comprehensive benefits plan, although contingent workers do not receive direct benefits.
