About The Returnship And Reorientation Program

This program aims to reintegrate high caliber talent back into the workforce after a career break of at least two years. Participants will work on research and market analysis as contract employees for a 12-month period, contributing their industry knowledge and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, interpret, and analyze market trends, macro themes, and policy changes.
  • Produce high-quality, insightful research reports for Bloomberg clients.
  • Work independently and collaborate with global colleagues.
  • Communicate findings effectively through written reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience in research, analysis, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced qualifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications in financial or technical fields.
  • Experience in equity or market research and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg services.
