About The Returnship And Reorientation Program
This program aims to reintegrate high caliber talent back into the workforce after a career break of at least two years. Participants will work on research and market analysis as contract employees for a 12-month period, contributing their industry knowledge and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, interpret, and analyze market trends, macro themes, and policy changes.
- Produce high-quality, insightful research reports for Bloomberg clients.
- Work independently and collaborate with global colleagues.
- Communicate findings effectively through written reports.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in research, analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced qualifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications in financial or technical fields.
- Experience in equity or market research and analysis.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg services.
