Your Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for the leadership team and an operational interface between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Your role isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about challenging it: Where are we losing time? What data are we missing? How can we scale this process tenfold?
Furthermore, you will be responsible for our business tech stack and business intelligence. You'll ensure our systems (CRM, Analytics, Finance) integrate seamlessly, providing constant transparency over key KPIs.
Why this role is crucial: We have a strong product and renowned enterprise customers. Now, the task is to further professionalize our internal structures to master increasing complexity. Together with our VP Operations, you will build the 'Operations Engine' that enables fast and controlled growth.
Responsibilities
1. Revenue Operations & Go-to-Market
- End-to-end optimization of Sales and Customer Success processes (funnel, onboarding, churn prevention).
- Management and further development of the CRM (Planhat) and sales tools.
- Analysis of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) to guide go-to-market strategy.
- Support for pricing strategies and partner management.
2. Strategic Planning & Finance
- Leading quarterly and annual planning (OKRs) with the leadership team.
- Creation of financial models, budget planning, and burn rate control.
- Preparation of executive reports and dashboards for board meetings and investors.
- Management of resource allocation and vendor management.
3. Business Intelligence & Tooling
- Ownership of the entire system landscape and data integrity.
- Building automations to reduce manual work.
- Creation of reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Coordination of API integrations between business tools.
4. Cross-functional Projects & Leadership
- Leading cross-functional projects (e.g., internationalization, fundraising support).
- Change management and documentation of SOPs during team scaling.
- Ensuring information flow between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Fostering a data-driven culture throughout the company.
Qualifications
Technical
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Consulting in a Tech/SaaS environment (ideally scale-up phase Series A-C).
- Track Record: Proven success in process optimization and scaling business operations.
- Tool-Stack Expertise: Deep knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Planhat, HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools, and automation (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Analytical Excellence: Very strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Business Acumen: Fundamental understanding of SaaS metrics and Enterprise B2B Sales Cycles.

- Hands-on Mentality: You actively tackle operational tasks while thinking strategically – no task is too small.
- Structured & Clear: You navigate ambiguity confidently and bring order to complex matters.
- Communication Strong: Fluent in German & English – you can communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders and tech teams.
