Role Overview

The Senior Finance & Strategy Analyst at Block Corporate Finance will drive forecasting cycles, enable capital allocation decisions, and provide analytical support to solve business challenges. This role partners closely with the entire Finance & Strategy organization to lead financial reviews, create compelling analysis, and communicate with senior leadership and board members.

You Will

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support across multiple functions.
  • Lead Operating Expenses consolidations and reviews with senior leadership.
  • Create analyses that facilitate clear decision-making.
  • Evaluate performance and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Business Intelligence, and other departments.
  • Support communications to board members and executive staff.

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience with excellent financial modeling and partnership skills.
  • Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, consulting, investment banking or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL/Hyperion is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
