The Role
As a Customer Success Analyst, you are responsible for bridging operational execution with strategic design. Your work spans in-lane expertise, cross-functional leadership, and proactive solution design. You will be the voice of Customer Success, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Partner with Vendor Management Operations, support cross-functional teams, and drive accountability.
- Strategic Focus: Define OKRs, map customer journeys, and diagnose systemic issues.
- Integrated Execution: Move from root cause analysis to designing scalable, compliant solutions.
You Have
Minimum 2 years experience in a strategic/analytical role, and 1+ year driving cross-functional projects. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep product or policy knowledge in FinTech or related fields, experience with process improvement methodologies, and a track record of scaling solutions across business units.
