Your Mission

You will orchestrate complex, multi-team flagship AI projects across our organization and client structures - to bring success and business value to our clients both through shaping the solution during presales activities and driving the execution with the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Own project delivery for complex AI projects (multi-team, multi-stakeholder) from scoping through delivery, scale-up, and upsell.
• Shape technical solutions: requirements discovery, solution design and delivery plan, complex assessments, risks, and C-level presentations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: Agile methodology, scope and risk management, change control, budget, and security governance.
• Coordinate cross-domain work: across multi-regional teams and practices to external delivery partners.
• Ensure production-grade outcomes: scalable infrastructure, observability, model monitoring, and value metrics (adoption, ROI).
• Manage stakeholders: expectation setting, escalation handling, clear communication, and decision facilitation across teams.
• Support and motivate the team: give feedback, encourage growth, and resolve issues effectively.
• Measure impact: define OKRs/KPIs, track business value, drive post-deployment adoption and expansion.

Projects You'll Be Working On

• Agentic AI Platforms: complex agentic ecosystems to enable GenAI and ML use cases, integrations to multiple platforms, governance and security, and legal compliance. Accelerated by our internal products.
• Customer 365 ML Platforms: personalization, churn prediction, and demand forecasting with production-grade infrastructure and MLOps.
• AI Product Engineering: custom end-to-end product delivery from PoC to scaled production.
• Industrial AI: production line optimization, predictive maintenance, quality detection with a scalable application layer.
• Logistics and Operations: intelligent planning, routing, demand forecasting, cost-to-serve optimization.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial experience leading technical projects/programs at enterprise scale; 2+ years of experience with AI projects.
• Proven delivery of enterprise AI solutions into production.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: win strategy, shaping technical solutions, requirements gathering, presenting, and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, IT, data, security, and CxO levels.
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery (Scrum/Kanban, scaled frameworks, program governance).
• Technical fluency: ML lifecycle, Agentic systems, RAG, MLOps/LLMOps, governance, observability.
• Familiarity with cloud/data stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks/Snowflake, Kubernetes/Docker, MLflow/Airflow, etc.)
• Czech and English at a business/negotiation level; willingness to travel occasionally to clients.
• Problem-solving and an optimistic approach to challenges.

• Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe, etc.
• Data governance and security knowledge (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA)
• Delivery in regulated sectors (financial services, telco, healthcare, public sector).
