Job Description

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale modern data and application architectures for our clients. In this role, you lead technical teams and partner with stakeholders across disciplines to deliver high-impact solutions using React, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery. You serve as a builder, leader, and translator between business needs and technical execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and develop full-stack solutions with a focus on cloud-native applications using GCP.
  • Design and implement scalable front-end experiences using React.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines leveraging BigQuery and GCP-native tools.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing technical teams.
  • Drive solutioning from concept through production deployment in client engagements.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in coding, security, testing, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Expertise in React and building responsive, accessible UIs.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
  • Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, etc.), API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience designing systems for large-scale data ingestion and analytics.
  • Strategic mindset translating business challenges into tech solutions.
  • Comfortable in agile environments and delivering fast value.
  • Excellent communication and team mentoring skills.
