About the Information Technology Project Manager Role
This position involves full-cycle management of IT and data-driven projects from initiation to delivery. You will work to understand and structure business needs, driving projects that create true business value for clients.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Gather and refine client business requirements and convert them into projects
- Participate in project preparation, planning, prioritization, and scheduling
- Document business and functional requirements and prepare specifications
- Support projects related to Power BI, custom software development, and ERP systems
- Monitor development tasks and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage business and development tasks via a ticketing system
- Prioritize tickets and follow their lifecycle
- Oversee solution handovers and handle feedback
- Identify and propose solutions for risks and issues
What We Are Looking For
You are a self-driven IT Project Manager and Business Analyst who can operate confidently in both business and technical environments. You have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication ability with both business teams and developers, and excellent time management for handling multiple projects.
Desired Experience

- Power BI, SQL, API, ERP, and ticketing systems
- Custom software development or SaaS projects
- Ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, YouTrack, Redmine)
- Conducting client interviews and structuring requirements
