Blast is a European investment club, backed by Anthony Bourbon (entrepreneur, investor, and judge on the show “Qui veut être mon associé” on M6), dedicated to tech startups. We select and finance the most promising companies each year in sectors like AI, deeptech, fintech, biotech, and medtech.

Our model relies on a community of over 14,000 members, entrepreneurs, and executives who invest alongside our team. Blast identifies the best opportunities, in France and also in the US through Y Combinator, structures investments, and supports startups in their development. Since its creation, Blast has already financed dozens of startups, generates over €30M in revenue, and aims to become a leading platform for innovation investment in Europe.

The Role

Reporting to the tech management, you will play a role in structuring and ensuring the reliability of our operations through automation and data. You will work at the heart of our tool stack to streamline internal and investor workflows.

Key Missions:

• Automation Creation and Maintenance: Design, document, and maintain automated workflows (no-code/low-code, APIs, scripts). Identify recurring manual tasks and propose automation scenarios. Monitor executions, manage errors, and continuously improve the robustness of automations.
• SQL and Scripting Mastery: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Develop small scripts (Python, JS, or equivalent) to bridge gaps between tools. Participate in structuring our operational data model.
• Product/Ops Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end (scoping, specifications, testing, deployment, follow-up). Implement clear and up-to-date documentation on processes and tools.

Profile Sought

• Education: Bac +3 to Bac +5 (Data, Engineering, Business School with strong Data/Ops appetite, or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 2 years in a role combining automation, data, and project management (Ops, Product Ops, Data Ops, No-code, etc.).
• Skills: Excellent command of at least one SQL language. Good command of scripting (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent language) for automations and data processing. Comfortable with no-code/low-code tools, especially Airtable. High rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy. Ability to simplify technical subjects for non-technical stakeholders.
