Overview

As an IT System Administrator at Blanc Labs, you will maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware, and networks to ensure smooth and efficient technology infrastructure.
High-Level Overview
The role requires resourcefulness to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. You will be responsible for managing multiple cloud platforms including Jira Cloud, JumpCloud, Azure, O365, Bitdefender, Slack, Jenkins, and MS Teams. Additional responsibilities include asset management, inventory tracking, prioritizing tasks and tickets, ensuring network and information security, managing IT vendor relations, and overseeing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware systems
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues and outages effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Experience with databases, cloud platforms, networks, and patch management
- Knowledge of system security, intrusion detection, phishing tests, and data backup/recovery
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Conversational English and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with security control frameworks like SOC 2 and PCI
- Atlassian Products administration experience is a plus
