Job Overview

Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, is seeking an ICS Data & Business Operations Analyst. This role oversees administration, optimization, and strategic use of data management systems, blending technical CRM expertise with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather CRM requirements
  • Manage, optimize, and secure the Salesforce CRM system
  • Design and document system workflows and dashboards
  • Partner with integration teams to enforce data quality standards
  • Support fundraising teams with dashboard development and KPI tracking
  • Analyze operational data and deliver actionable insights
  • Identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in financial services, tech, CRM administration, consulting, or business operations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in SQL and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
  • Expertise in Salesforce and experience with CRM integrations and APIs
  • Knowledge of data cleansing and enforcing data integrity is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual base salary ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and possible equity incentives.
