Position Summary

The Vice President UX Designer is responsible for translating creative vision, user research, business objectives and data into simple, intuitive digital experiences. You will work from strategy to launch using systems thinking, strong design skills and a customer-first mindset, especially in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform creative vision and business opportunities into intuitive user experiences.
  • Implement UX methodologies for consistent design delivery.
  • Build wireframes, site maps, user journeys and prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and technology leads.
  • Introduce insights that improve team efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in digital design, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating role-specific contributions.
  • Expertise in visualizing, prototyping, and iterative design.
  • Experience with content management systems and design within them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
