About This Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process from research and conceptual investigation, through prototyping and high-fidelity design delivery. Work closely with engineering for seamless build translations. Mentor and manage a small team of designers, fostering a collaborative culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex data-intensive challenges and advocate user-centered practices.
- Define and communicate clear product build vision.
- Conduct research and craft prototypes using Figma.
- Mentor designers and instill best usability practices.
- Partner with engineering for flawless design execution.
- Translate data and client needs into elegant web apps.
