About This Role

The Publishing Lead Tech Ops Analyst at BlackRock will support web content and enhance publishing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with digital, development, platform engineering teams, and in-house publishers to ensure the seamless execution of web content strategies and queue management. You will leverage web development, digital marketing, and project management expertise to improve user experience and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize web content to align with business goals.
  • Lead regional web publishing and serve as a relationship manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and digital teams for strategy implementation.
  • Manage and monitor marketing campaigns and oversee website updates.
  • Utilize CMS tools such as TeamSite and AEM for content management.
  • Analyze web performance using PowerBI and offer improvement recommendations.
  • Provide technical support and lead Quality Control initiatives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external vendors.
  • Act as project manager and allocate tasks based on team expertise.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a web publishing service delivery role.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and web development technologies.
  • Strong organizational and quality control skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and release management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Flexibility to work global hours when needed.
  • General understanding of SEO.
