- Governance & Risk Management: Design and implement robust methodologies for continuous model performance monitoring, including defining precise test metrics and setting appropriate performance thresholds. Address risk review findings with clear, quantitatively driven solutions.
- Data Quality Control: Perform rigorous checks on both model inputs and outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy across development and implementation layers.
- Programming & Automation: Develop and maintain essential scripts using Python, R, C++, or similar languages to support automated monitoring and reporting workflows, enhancing efficiency.
- Communication & Reporting: Clearly and effectively present model and monitoring results, as well as methodologies, to model reviewers, risk teams, and various stakeholders through comprehensive written reports and engaging meetings.
Qualifications

- Quantitative Background: A degree in a quantitative field is required, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent is essential; experience with C++ is considered a significant advantage.
- Securitized Products Knowledge: Familiarity with RMBS, CMBS, ABS, or CLOs is beneficial, though not strictly required for consideration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are crucial, with the capacity to articulate complex modeling concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
