About This Role

The Client Solutions Preqin Analyst at BlackRock is a key member of the Preqin Global Sales team, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries. The role is integral to delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the Preqin platform.

Team Overview

Client Solutions is established as the eyes and ears of the firm. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, Research, and Product teams to drive a customer-first strategy.

Job Overview

The analyst will handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt, accurate, and high-quality support. The role includes a structured training program to build expertise in private markets and diverse use cases including technical skill enhancement in Excel, SQL and other data tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on service to empower clients using Preqin Pro.
  • Use technology such as Excel and SQL to solve client problems.
  • Educate users, demonstrate insights, and report feedback to improve products.
  • Collaborate globally, liaising with multiple internal teams.

Required Experience & Qualifications

1-3 years of client facing support or financial services experience. Key skills include analytical thinking, solid communication, client onboarding, and multitasking. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with Snowflake, Metabase or similar tools is a plus.
