Business Unit Overview
US Wealth Advisory is BlackRock's US retail arm responsible for distributing and marketing products to U.S. retail and defined contribution intermediaries, including wirehouses, broker-dealers, banks, and registered investment advisors. The RFP team plays a vital role in sales and retention for various products including ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, and model portfolios.
Role Profile
The Associate, RFP / Data Support will coordinate new business RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. The successful candidate will deliver quality and concise responses, manage deadlines, and collaborate with multiple teams including Strategy, Sales, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and HR. This role offers exposure to various financial products and an opportunity to get a broad view of BlackRock's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new business RFPs and client DDQs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery with quality oversight.
- Manage workload and assist team members as needed.
- Support efficiency and standardization initiatives.
- Collaborate with various internal departments.
Qualifications
Post Graduate - MBA (Finance) preferred. CFA/FRM certification is an advantage. 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment/asset management or financial services with strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and RFP content management systems
