Your Team
Join our global cyber security experts and work on improving internal and external business workflows through optimized cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation.
Your Responsibilities
- Cyber Diligence: Identify control gaps and cyber risks through supply chain and pre-M&A assessments.
- Cyber Governance: Oversee cybersecurity policy management, audits, and compliance activities.
- Cyber Partnerships: Support internal stakeholders and client due diligence requests.
- Cyber Training & Awareness: Deliver global cyber training, manage InfoSec communications and testing programs.
- Talent Management: Manage cybersecurity talent strategy and employee experience.
Your Qualifications
Strong documentation skills, effective communication, process orientation, and the ability to manage complex technology projects are required. The role demands high priority management in dynamic environments and innovative thinking to produce effective security solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a salary range between USD 110,000.00 and USD 138,000.00, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses, comprehensive healthcare, generous leave, retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, and Flexible Time Off (FTO).
Work Model
BlackRock operates a hybrid work model with a requirement of at least 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week, with possible variations based on team responsibilities.
