The Information Technology Intern Training Program is a 6-month, remote, unpaid internship (20-40 hrs/week) eligible for college credit with university approval. Interns work with SignalMate AI, a proprietary contextual intelligence system, to automate workflows, co-design systems, and manage an evolving IT stack built on OpenAI architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Use SignalMate AI to summarize meetings and track technical action items.
  • Provide backend support for virtual conferences and real-time diagnostics.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve bottlenecks with AI insights.
  • Audit and upgrade systems using AI for optimization opportunities.
  • Research and prototype new applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity protocols with AI-supported monitoring.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Infusionsoft, and web infrastructure with intelligent tracking.
  • Present progress using AI-generated summaries and performance dashboards.
