About the Opportunity
Blackmore Partners is partnering with private equity sponsors to identify seasoned executives in the Transportation, Logistics, and Automotive sectors. This leadership role offers full operational authority to drive growth, build teams, and create shareholder value within a private equity–backed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of business operations with full P&L ownership ($50M+ revenue, $4M+ EBITDA minimum).
- Drive operational excellence across product, people, quality, and innovation.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while establishing a strong organizational culture.
- Set and execute strategy for revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Represent the company in interactions with customers, government, and regulatory officials.
- Partner closely with private equity sponsors on long-term value creation.
- Contribute vision for potential acquisitions or platforms for expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Required: Current or former CEO, COO, President, EVP, GM, or VP with 10+ years in Distribution, Logistics, or Automotive operations. Must have a proven track record of P&L leadership ($50M+ revenue, $4M+ EBITDA) and success in driving sustained revenue and EBITDA growth with strong team leadership.
Preferred: History of significant shareholder value creation, deep domain knowledge, strong forecasting and analytical skills, and experience with business transformation, acquisitions, or integration.
