Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist at Black Flag Creative is a part-time remote role. The specialist will manage current client campaigns and help build our agency's digital presence.

This role involves executing ROI driven digital strategies across multiple ad platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and ensuring seamless campaign management from discovery to reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, development, and programming teams
  • Execute internal digital marketing initiatives
  • Increase lead flow and manage client communications
  • Strategize and manage paid media campaigns
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies like email automation and retargeting
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Experience / Qualifications / Ability

  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook, Bing)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and lead generation tools
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Mangools and multi-channel retargeting campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be located in the US and available during business hours
