The Opportunity
As the Client Advisory Partner of Electric & Gas Utilities, you will:
- Work with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Evolution on strategic account management.
- Build relationships with regional and segment leaders to understand strategy in response to market needs.
- Partner with Enterprise Innovation to ensure investment in innovative solutions aligns with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement activities from opportunity creation to business capture.
- Generate and qualify business leads in the region.
- Co-develop client and marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage profit and loss for the region and monitor industry trends.
- Provide account/client strategy and oversight, identifying strategic, target, and opportunistic accounts.
- Act as the voice of the Account/Client within IA and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Implement strategies for new business sales and coordinate with other Market Sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market frameworks and manage the Large Account Management Process.
